When you submit a support request through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, related app or enquiry type, subject, and message. We also record a ticket ID, submission and handling timestamps, and the status of your request.
We use this information to review and manage enquiries, provide support, and follow up by email when necessary. We do not use contact requests for marketing or automatically subscribe you to mailing lists.
After a successful submission, a confirmation and Ticket ID appear on screen. We do not send automatic confirmation emails and may not respond individually to every request.
Our contact form is intended for adults. Parents or guardians should contact us on behalf of children. Please do not include children's personal information, passwords, verification codes, payment details, device serial numbers, or other sensitive information in your message.
Hosting and security
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, and security services. Cloudflare may process technical and network information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated contact form submissions. For rate limiting, our system temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from your IP address. The contact database does not store your raw IP address for this purpose.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled through our website, including access controls and security services provided by Cloudflare. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please note that submitting a privacy-related enquiry creates a new support record. If you would also like that record deleted after your request has been handled, please let us know.
