General questions
Where can I download your apps?
You can browse our apps on this website. Select an app and follow its link to the App Store to download it.
Each App Store listing includes information about the app's features, compatibility, and available purchases.
Why can't I download or update an app?
Check your internet connection and available device storage. Make sure your iPhone or iPad meets the app's compatibility requirements.
If the download or update still fails, open the App Store and check for any messages or instructions.
For problems involving your Apple Account, App Store downloads, or payment settings, please contact Apple Support.
Technical issues
What should I do if an app freezes or closes unexpectedly?
Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app. Open the App Switcher by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and pausing, or double-clicking the Home button on older devices. Find the app and swipe up on its preview to close it, then open it again.
- Restart your iPhone or iPad.
- Check for app updates in the App Store.
- Check for iOS or iPadOS updates under Settings → General → Software Update.
If the problem continues, please contact us and describe what happened, including what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Should I delete and reinstall the app?
Try restarting your device and updating the app before reinstalling it.
Important: Deleting an app also removes its locally stored data from your device. This may include saved progress, settings, and other app information.
Our apps don't have their own cloud backup or recovery system, so we cannot retrieve deleted data for you.
On iPhone and iPad, Offload App removes the app while keeping its documents and data. This is different from Delete App, which removes both.
You can find these options under Settings → General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
If you want to keep your saved data, avoid using Delete App unless you have a suitable backup.
Why is there no sound in the app?
Not all of our apps include sound. Some have sound effects, some include spoken audio, and others are designed to work without sound.
If an app normally plays audio but you can't hear it, try the following:
- Check your device's volume and Silent Mode settings.
- If the app has sound settings, make sure sound is enabled.
- If headphones or a Bluetooth audio device are connected, check where the audio is playing.
- Close and reopen the app.
If the problem continues, please contact us and describe which sounds aren't working.
What if the display looks wrong or a button doesn't respond?
Close and reopen the app, then check for updates in the App Store.
If the issue continues, please contact us. Let us know which screen or feature is affected, what happened, and how to reproduce the problem, if possible.
Purchases & billing
Do all apps have in-app purchases or ads?
No. Advertising and purchase options vary by app.
Some apps offer optional purchases to unlock additional content or features, or to remove ads. Others may be free with advertising.
A purchase removes ads only if ad removal is specifically included.
Check the app's App Store listing or purchase screen for details.
How do in-app purchases work?
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content, features, or other benefits. Available options vary by app.
If an app offers in-app purchases, select an item and review its description, price, and payment terms before confirming.
Depending on the app, purchases may be one-time payments or subscriptions. Subscriptions may renew automatically or expire at the end of a set period. Any recurring charges and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Apple handles payments through your Apple Account. Prices may vary by country or region due to currencies, taxes, and regional pricing.
A parent or guardian should manage purchases for children. Screen Time restrictions or Ask to Buy may require parental approval.
What should I do if a payment fails or a charge looks incorrect?
For a failed payment, check your Apple Account's payment information and follow any instructions shown by Apple.
For unfamiliar charges, billing problems, or payment disputes, please contact Apple Support.
If a purchase was completed but the content remains locked, try the Restore Purchases option in the app.
If restoring the purchase doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled by Apple.
To request a refund:
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com//
- Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason.
- Select the purchase and submit your request.
Apple determines refund eligibility according to its policies and applicable consumer protections.
If you need help with the refund process, please contact Apple Support.
Restore purchases
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Our apps that offer in-app purchases include a Restore Purchases option.
To restore a previous purchase:
- Make sure you're using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- Connect your device to the internet and open the app.
- Find Restore Purchases in the app's settings, menu, or purchase screen.
- Select it and follow the on-screen instructions.
The location of this option may vary by app.
Our current in-app purchases are permanent, one-time purchases. Eligible purchases, such as content unlocks or ad removal, can normally be restored without paying again.
Restoring purchases does not restore locally saved progress, scores, or other app data.
What if Restore Purchases doesn't work?
Try the following:
- Make sure you're using the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure in-app purchases aren't restricted on your device.
- Restart the app or device and try again.
If the purchase still can't be restored, please contact us with the app name, purchased item, approximate purchase date, and any error message.
Please don't include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary personal information.
Devices & saved data
Will my saved data transfer to another device?
Our apps store their data locally on your device. They don't use developer-managed accounts or cloud synchronization to transfer saved data between devices.
Using the same Apple Account does not automatically transfer saved progress, scores, worksheets, or settings.
Some app data may be included in an iPhone or iPad backup, depending on the app and your backup settings. However, successful transfer or recovery is not guaranteed.
We cannot access or retrieve data stored on your device.
Note: Restoring an in-app purchase is separate from restoring saved app data.
How can I check whether my device is supported?
Open the app's listing in the App Store and find the Compatibility section.
It shows the supported devices and minimum required iOS or iPadOS version.
You can check your device model and installed system version under Settings → General → About.
